30-day money-back guarantee
TradePilot offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If TradePilot isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. The guarantee is applied according to the applicable Paddle refund process. We do not offer unlimited or automatic refunds, and requests are reviewed before approval.
Refund requests connected to fraud, repeated refund abuse, duplicate-account abuse, or other manipulative behaviour may be refused where permitted by Paddle's policies and applicable law. Creating additional accounts does not reset this guarantee. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the in-app Help & Support page and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations & renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Billing page, which opens the Paddle customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the applicable paid billing period, and the subscription will not renew afterward. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not by itself create a refund — a refund must be requested separately as described above.
Founder plan
The Founder plan is a recurring monthly subscription, currently $9.99/month, offered to early supporters at a locked-in price. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals through the same cancellation flow described above, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial Founder payment.
Paddle's refund policy
As Merchant of Record, Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to your purchase and may give you additional consumer rights.
